1.1 Website Development and Software Solutions: Refunds for website development and software solutions will be provided in the following circumstances:

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline and cannot provide a mutually acceptable alternative.
If the delivered product/service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be rectified within a reasonable period.
1.2 Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing services will be provided in the following circumstances:

If we fail to achieve the specified goals or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in the service agreement.
If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon standards and cannot be rectified within a reasonable period.
1.3 Digital Downloads: Refunds for digital downloads (e.g., Website, software, templates) will be provided under the following conditions:

If the digital download is defective or does not perform as described.
If the customer encounters technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable period.
1.4 Refund Request Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of the service/product delivery date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Website Development and Software Solutions: Customers may cancel their website development or software solution orders at any time before the commencement of the project. If cancellation occurs after the project has started, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

2.2 Digital Marketing Services: Customers may cancel their digital marketing service subscriptions by providing written notice to our support team. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

2.3 Digital Downloads: Orders for digital downloads can be cancelled before the download link is provided to the customer. Once the download link has been sent, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
